Can I have my own design manufactured?

Yes we provide a surface that allows boat builder or end customer to have their own design manufactured. Together we will look at your design and modify it if needed based on our experience and on the production methods. This allows you to have a fully customized boat or hull that you have designed yourself.

How fast can you produce?

The production itself, takes about 8 days for a 12m vessel. So as soon as your design is ready, we can have it made in about a week if we have capacity available. Do you have a design or do you want to purchase one of our standard and proven designs? Contact us to request our current capacity and therefore lead times.

What materials are used?

We use one material only, this called HDPro. Which is an inhouse high performance thermoplastic material containing 25% glass fiber. This material is virtually maintenance free, has a very high impact resistance and it requires no coatings. It also allows for field repairs, it being a thermoplastic.

Can you also deliver a completely finished boat?

Everything is possible. We have fast knowledge, not only about boat design and production. But also about outfitting and finishing boats. Besides that, we have many partners who are more then willing to outfit your boat to your wishes. Allowing you to get a fully customized boat, ready for your application, in a very short delivery time.

Do you provide production of more then 1 hull / boat?

This is where we can easily scale our operation for your capacity need. Our process is highly automated and we can provide you the capacity you require. Whether this is 1 boat per year, or 100 boats per year.
